We will ask you what size and shape home you would like, your price range and so on. After we receive this information we will search for properties that fit your requirements. |

We will then email the details of these properties, with information about the property and maybe some pictures, for you to have a look at. We will also send you properties that may not be exactly what you want but will give you an idea of what is around. We will continue to email you appropriate properties until you arrive in Melbourne as some properties are available the day that the advertisement comes out and may be rented out within hours. |

You can tell us which ones you might be interested in and we can send you application forms so that you can fill them out and we will give you advice in the filling out of these forms. Some forms need the names of previous landlords or real estate agents that you have rented from, and more. If you do not have such people then there are other people that you can use as a reference. |

We can let you know the open for inspection dates and times and you can then take the application forms with you when you inspect the property. If you like the property then you can give them to the Real Estate Agent. |
